WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?

All orders to the UK/Isle of Wight have two delivery options. Standard delivery is 2-4 working days tracked and costs £1.99. Express delivery is next working day tracked and costs £3.99. 

All orders are only shipped and delivered on weekdays. Orders that are placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working week day, for example: place order for express delivery on Saturday, your order will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

All orders less than £40 will be charged depending your delivery selection (standard or express).

All orders over £40 are free delivery.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We send a delivery estimate in the shipping confirmation email sent to your email address. So, if you’re wondering where your order is, please allow up to this date for your order to arrive. If the date has passed and your order still hasn’t arrived please contact our customer service team on help@myoplantnutrition.com

WHERE DO YOU SHIP MYO PLANT NUTRITION PRODUCTS TO?

Our MYO products are currently shipped to the UK (including Northern Ireland) only. We are looking to extend shipping to Europe and North America shortly.

OUR RETURNS POLICY FOR ALL INGESTIBLE PRODUCTS:

When you receive your item, please check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before opening it. We totally get that sometimes you change your mind! We've all done it, ordered something and then realised that you don’t actually want or need it.

You have 14 days to return your order under our 14 day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item. Please email us at help@myoplantnutrition.com with images and the reason for requesting a return/refund.

All items must be returned unused, unopened and in the original packaging as they were in when you received them. Please ensure that when you receive an item that you take good care of it when inspecting it. Please ensure that any security seals or tags are still intact.
